Final Exam for the Blue day class will be on Tuesday May 18th, 2010 and for the White day class it will be on Wednesday, May 19th, 2010. As the final counts towards 20% of your grade, it is necessary that you do well on it. Use the study guide to prepare for the final.
We started a review for the final exam. As the final exam counts towards 20% of your grade, it is very important that you all do well on it. Study guide that was given in the class today should help you in preparing for the final. Try to do all the problems in the study guide and we will go over them in the class during this week.
Today we finished working on Hyperbolas. Next class we will do a review for the test. Then you will get a take home test for Conics and that test is due on Tuesday for the white day class.
This week we will be working on the conics in the class and then have a take home test on it. The test will be given next Monday and Tuesday and will be due during the next class after that. Learning contract on conics given during this week is due during the next class and is counted as a quiz grade. If you need help on it email me or come for tutoring in the mornings.
Today we finished working on Parabolas. Homework for tonight is to do the following questions from page 701-702, Q # 10, 12, 15, 16, 31-35, 44-46 All.
