French 2 will continue working on learning the 5 important irregular verbs--aller, prendre, faire, avoir, and ètre. They will also be reviewing the definite articles (how to say "the): le, la, l', and les and the indefinite articles (how to say "a, an, or some"): un, une, and des. They will review how to indicate the date via a powerpoint created by Ms. Verser. They will continue to learn the nursery rhyme "Solomon Grundy" in French and in a group will find ways to present the poem to the class. They will also begin to learn vocabulary from Unit 1 in their textbook dealing with movies, theater, museums, etc. They are having a Verb test on their ER verbs plus the 5 irregulars on either Thursday or Friday depending if they are a White or Blue day class.
