The students have now began to put together the mock trial presentations. They have distributed the roles and began to learn the steps of the mock trial. We are quickly working our way towards one of the most exciting times of the year. The law classes our about to begin preparations for our mock trials. We have begun writing opening and closing statements. We are learning about direct and cross examination questioning. We have presented a mini mock trial. Now the real excitement begins.
