PLEASE REMEMBER to come prepared to class.  All should have their textbooks by next Mon, please bring your textbook, binder WITH paper, pencils, calculator, & workbook (once you receive it from me).  Come ready to learn so we can work together on the content using any resource we need!!! :)

Math 2 ... Review of VERTEX FORM CW/HW. Notes & practice on Graphing Quadratic Functions in STANDARD FORM.  Identifying the similarities & difference in Standard Form vs Vertex Form.
Math 2 Support ... Continue Graphing Quadratic Functions with the vertex given.  Identify specific characteristics of the graphed parabola: Vertex, Axis of Symmetry, and direction of Opening based on "a"(1st coefficient of the function).

We will make introductions the 1st day of class, and begin diving into our Math 2 content DAY TWO! Please read your Syllabus thoroughly to understand what is expected of you.  IF YOU HAVEN'T YET, PLEASE HAVE YOUR PARENTS SIGN AND RETURN THE SIGNATURE FORM ASAP.  And come prepared for math class... to learn, and have fun. :)

Our 1st unit is on The Quadratic Function.  Feel free to "google it" or use any resources on this blog (there are LOTS already here for you and your parents)!!!
