This week, we work on rational expressions, multiply and divide rational expressions, add and subtract rational expressions with like and unlike denominators. We will also review rules of exponents and dividing monomial rules. I will include lots of guided practice within class, so take the opportunity to get help with the basic rules. If you have material from the GPS Algebra class that you want me to include in class, feel free to bring it. The whole class can benefit from the material presentation. Wednesday, 12/14, there will be a quiz on rational expressions.  Also, we will work on midterm concepts to help you with the GPS Algebra midterm.

Today, you review right triangle trigonometry for midterm review. You take notes on 6.7 circumference of circles and arc length, and 6.8 area of a circle and area of a sector. We will do some guided practice in class ( like Thursday and Friday in class) for some extra assistance. IN addition, you do a writing activity on angles formed by intersecting chords

Today, a white day, is just like Monday's lesson for 1st and 2nd)

4th today will be notes on 6.5 other angles and 6.4 Quadrilaterals and some practice of current theroems. This class did not meet on Friday due to a pep rally, so it will be one day behind the other classes.

Wednesday 12/14

blue day, you review for your unit test on circles and complete an anticipation guide about circles. We will also do some midterm review problems at the beginning of class.

 You receive your add and subtract radical expressions quiz back, we wrap up radical expressions and do a summary activity of radical expressions. Then, we begin on rational expressions, simplifying them.
