9th Lit.-Servalis/Morris/Wells

April 11th-15th

All Team Taught Classes
Drama Unit

Students will finish reading ACT's IV & V of the play "Romeo & Juliet".

Students will practice on www.usatestprep.com for EOCT for warm-ups.   

  • Students will complete Acts 4 & 5 study guide as they finishing the movie. 
  • Students will take Acts 4 & 5 Quiz. 
  • Students will watch the 1966 version of "Romeo & Juliet" as a visual presentation to help connect the language and events of the drama.Teachers may show the modern version of "Romeo & Juliet" for Acts IV & V.

Mythology Unit

  • Teachers will introduce the Greek Heroes to the students! For example: Hercules, Perseus, Jason and the Argonauts.
  • Teacher will discuss the Trojan War as an introduction to the Odyssey.
  • Teachers will assign a mythololgy project to students for extra current. Download Perseus
