Math 2:This week, we will apply sine, cosine and tangent ratios to solve for sides of right triangles. We will also discuss application of trig ratios to real life problems like finding the height of a building, or distance between 2 points. The attached powerpoint gives the definition and examples of how to use the trig ratios.
Math 2 support: We are currently working on a right triangle trigonometry project which entails students selecting their choice of activity from a choice board. Students have options of how to present their project and if they choose to work independently or with a group of 3-4 students. Students will present their projects on Wednesday and Thursday.
