Good work in my class today. Let the games begin tomorrow. First and second periods, we will begin your games tomorrow. I hope this unique way of studying will help you pass your final with flying colors.

Friday will be a regular day with Modern and Jazz class. You will be dancing on Friday. Wear comfortable clothing on Thursday so you can move during the games.

Good reviews today for first and second periods today and I am sure that 3-4 periods really enjoyed having Tyler Hanes today for class. He is bringing you a world of knowledge in the field of what is happening today!!!

I hope all of you got to see him and his choreography on Dancing With The Stars with Kristin Chenowyth..check out "You Tube ". He is dancing, singing, choreographying from New York to L. A..

Expect to see more and more of him.

Tomorrow: be sure to bring all of your notes for reviewing for the final...you need all of your handouts, journal, etc.

Good review and focus today. As we continue to review, bring your questions and I will continue to help you find out where you might be confused or need more clarification on any work that we have accomplished this semester.

Remember that this is the written portion of your final. The performance aspect was your concert so there will not be an additional performance aspect for this final.

Good classes today. Yes, I hope you are realizing how important is will be to stay in shape over the break. Some of you are rediscovering ballet muscles that have not been used in awhile since we were focusing on the dance concert and using class as our warm up instead of our training ground.

Wonderful Wednesday! I think most of you today felt like you will not make it to the weekend. As you can see now, finals, testing, projects, reviewing, etc. are starting to happen in all of your classes. You need to get as much rest as you can and drink water.

Pep Rally Friday during 4th period.

Vocal Concert is Friday night.

Drama performances are Thursday and Sat.

Next week is "Home for the Holidays" and the Andersen Theater.

And there are additional performances....stay focused until you last class on Dec. 22!

Good classes today. Yes, we love those performances but we are now aware that we get out of shape from having to focus on choreography, costumes, and smiling. Way to work...let's keep that up until we have winter break. After the holiday break, you will have the knowledge but your body will probably be out of shape.

As you could see today, we have already started to review for your final. How are you doing? I was surprised that many basic terms had been forgotten since we used them in your dance concert pieces!

Yes, I am pretty much back...almost full steam and getting stronger with every little step. Some of you know that I was absent for the first time last week since teaching at Pebblebrook some 18 years ago. I had food poisioning but you all pushed through and made me very proud of you at the concert.

Good classes today for those of you that danced and for those of you that watched the video, it was nice to see you respectful of the other dances that you were watching. Tomorrow, if you watched the video then you will be dancing, and if you danced, you will get to see the video.

As we start to focus on reviewing for the final, remember that everything we do in class is a review. We are still using the body positions, terms, etc.
