3rd period watched Criminal Minds.   Juniors studied if they wanted.

1st period finally finished the last 5 minutes of Cuckoo's nest and 2nd watched the last 30.  Both watched an episode of Criminal Minds dealing with Nature/Nature and disorders.

3rd period seniors took their final exam.  There was a 20 point curve.

Groups presesnted their court cases. This was a 30 point grade in Unit 3 on the Judicial Branch.

Students also worked on their study guides.

1st period- juniors and those seniors needing to take the final exam worked on their study guides.  We also watched episodes of Criminal Minds dealing with motivation, emotion, nature/nurture and disorders.

3rd period- senios that didn't take the AP exam took the final exam.  Juniors studied.

Today we finished watching One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest in 3rd and 4th period.  1st period will have some to watch since we went to the Pep Rally.  3rd period was able to watch some Criminal Minds episodes dealing with Disorganized Schizophrenia.

Final exam for 1st and 2nd is on Monday the 23rd.  Seniors in 3rd period take the final exam on Thursday, the 19th, and the juniors will take it on the 24th.

Today we reviewed the Judicial Branch and focused on the Supreme Court.  Students were divided into groups of 4 and presented with one of the 4 major landmark court cases to summarize as a group.  They will present on Wednesday the 18th.

All students take the final exam on the 20th.

Today we finished watching One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.  Discussion revolved around treatment and the disorders of the characters.

Some students worked on their study guides.

Several students still need to turn in their personality assessments.

The final exam for seniors in 3rd period is Wednesday, May 19 and 1st period all students will take the exam on Friday, May 20th.  Juniors in 3rd period will take it on Tuesday the 24th.

All make-up work was due today.

The extra credit project was due today as well. It is NOT a mandatory assignment.

We continued watching One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and students continue to work on their study guide.
